In 1988, Engr. Juanito M. dela
Cruz founded LINK FLIGHT AVIATION SCHOOL with official
address in AIRSPAN Hangar, Manila Domestic Airport,
Pasay City, Philippines.
Mr. Nobuyoshi Hisada joined the school in 1989
as a business partner to expand and upgrade the
Flight Training equipment.
Aside from fixed-wing aircrafts, we leased helicopters
for the training of Japanese students. Unfortunately,
we decided to divide our operations because of
the very high cost of business essentials at the
Manila Domestic Airport.
In 1991, we opened a branch in Lahug,
Cebu City. Training is favorable in Cebu because
of its good weather but the Lahug Airport was closed.
For the said reason, we moved again our operations
and established our aviation school within the property
of Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIAA) particularly
at the General Aviation Area, Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City
in 1993.
Our Manila operation was affected
with the country’s economic crises that year.
So we agreed to have the unified operations and fly
all aircrafts to Cebu. The unified operation of the
school turned out to be great and stimulating, so
the school was renamed into FLIGHT DYNAMICS SCHOOL
OF AVIATION.
On the 12th of September 1995, the school was incorporated
with the registered name FLIGHT DYNAMICS SCHOOL OF
AERONAUTICS INC., with SEC Reg. No. CN095-000253.
However in 2004, the school management made a very
difficult decision when it decided to put up a different
campus outside the General Aviation premises for
the convenience of the students, faculty, and other
individuals. The decision proved to be right after
all, as the new location of the school at Corner
Basak-Iba is very accessible making it very advantageous
in varied aspects.
The School now offers several courses in the field
of aviation not only Flight and Ground Training Courses
but also Technical and Degree courses in aviation.
These are under the approval of Commission on Higher
Education and Development (CHED) and Technical Education
Skills and Development Authority (TESDA).
Today, with the continuous assistance
and recognition of our school by the AIR TRANSPORTATION
OFFICE (ATO), the management's principles, objectives,
and vision are attainable. |
